I started using this Krill Oil with hopes of replacing my usual fish oil capsules. This product is just what my body had been needing. The bouts of pain within my joints and bones has decreased tremendously. I can finally enjoy evening walks and weekend dancing once again. I prefer this product 10 to 1 over my fish oil gels.
